Good offer on the large block within 2 weeks

We accepted an offer on our large vacant block within 2weeks of listing. The Staff were very helpful and professional, with the process being straight forward and quite simple. My only concern was the method of Offer and acceptance between seller and buyer is a little clunky and maybe a little bit more clarification and earlier preparation on our part will alleviate this situation. We will definitely be using Buymyplace in the future.

Complete control of the whole process

It is great to have this platform where I can take control of how my home was sold. Very easy to use the platform to create the ad and able to edit any time I liked. All questions I had were quickly addressed by the customer service staff.
