- Two Modern and bathrooms hosts a showers , a vanity basin, toilet and towel rack
- Two bedrooms have a ceiling fan but neither has airconditioning.
- Internal laundry with dryer and washing machine
- Secure one car space

The property is nice walk through the park to get to the train station called Wolli creek.

This property is an old airbnb and is fullly furnished.
We are ideally wanting a long tennant but are happy to offer monthly or even weekly stays.
The apartment is very large but the third bedroom is actually really small as its only meant to be really a storage room.
It is only 2 by 2 meters large the third bedroom.
